We utilize BCC's cad services when the work load is more than our two person office can handle. They have always been fast, efficient, and meet our tight deadlines.

All the skills that I needed for my art portfolio was taught by Heidi Roberts.  Creating file folders, burning a CD, CD images of my art,  saving a file, how to email an image of my art,  and to know that she was just an email away to help solve problems such as  a "blue screen".  I learned how to "delete" unwanted files and folders.  Photos were also a problem that I kept in another program.... Multiple slide references, and she taught me how to move these to another section and also how to label each image correctly.  I also learned how to use the computer keyboard in a more efficient way.   I received a new Dell Laptop and she helped me order and download all my files.  I learned how to use  using a digital camera, download the images and then use my laptop in my studio for  a reference image.  I am now in the process of writing a book and she taught me how to change the script from another computer to my laptop because of downloading difficulties.  I learned how to use a Flashdrive! Which is an enormous help when I need to attend a class and show  files of my art and to download all my saved information.  My computer knowledge is an ongoing process and my lessons are not complete.   My husband was also a student  and he learned how to download images from a trip we took to Wales and England and then present it as a talk using a CD. Heidi was always on time for our classes and is a joy to have her as my teacher.
